Content and sources

Case summaries are written from public historical record and from government archives that permit reuse, with sources cited. Government material from the United Kingdom and Canada is used under their respective Open Government Licences with attribution. We make no claim about the truth or nature of any reported event.

Accuracy

We work to keep information accurate but make no warranty that it is complete or error free. If you spot a mistake, please contact us.

Payments and refunds

Where paid features are offered, the price and what you receive are shown clearly before you pay. All purchases are final. Because an unlock delivers digital content to you immediately, we do not give refunds once a case is unlocked, regardless of your opinion of the report. Please be sure before you unlock.

Once unlocked, a report can be sent to your email or downloaded so you keep your copy.
