Content and sources

Case summaries are written from public historical record and from government archives that permit reuse, with sources cited. Government material from the United Kingdom and Canada is used under their respective Open Government Licences with attribution. We make no claim about the truth or nature of any reported event.

Accuracy

We work to keep information accurate but make no warranty that it is complete or error free. If you spot a mistake, please contact us.

Payments and refunds

The all-access pass is a one-time five dollar payment that unlocks every full report and never expires. The price and what you receive are shown clearly before you pay. All sales are final. Because the pass unlocks digital content to you immediately, we do not give refunds, regardless of your opinion of the reports. Please be sure before you buy.

Once you have the pass, any report can be sent to your email or downloaded so you keep your copy.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site.
